AdmitVela is being built to help students research university programs in Germany. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

When you join the Early Access list, we collect the name and email address you choose to provide, along with any study interest and destination you share with us.

As the platform develops, we may collect information you add to a student profile, such as education history, academic results, language scores, experience, and supporting documents. Where we handle sensitive documents, we do so to support your own application research.

2. How we use your information

Send updates and access information about the Early Access program.
Improve program matching and requirement research features.
Help you prepare application drafts from your own verified information.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI and transparency

AdmitVela uses AI to help interpret and organize information you provide. AI-generated interpretations are kept distinct from official university information, and we aim to link important requirements back to their sources so you can verify them.

4. Data retention and deletion

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us. We will delete your Early Access details, profile information, and documents upon request, subject to any legal obligations to retain them.
